Department of Electrical Engineering (accredited "A" by the National Accrediation Board) is one of the largest department in Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), an university belongs to Indonesian Government located in Surabaya. Since established in 1960, the Department has collaborated with international institutions including:
- Eindhoven Univ - the Netherlands (1965-1970 and 1990-1993)
- Saga University - Japan (2003-2006)
- Oulu Univ - Finlandia (2006)
- Kumamoto Univ dan other Univs di Japan (2006-2010)
- Hochschule Darmstadt Univ - Germany (2006 - now)
- Fontys Univ - the Netherlands (2007 - now)
The Department has also received grants or competition programs for development of staff, education and research, such as ADB I (1980), ADB II (1995), TPSDP (2003-2007), JICA - Predict (2006-2010) dan Program Hibah Kompetisi Institusi (PHKI, 2008).
